INPP4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INPP4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 787 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, RPP40, and CABP2. Each is linked with INPP4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by INPP4A-low versus INPP4A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
