Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INO80B-WBP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INO80B-WBP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher INO80B-WBP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INO80B-WBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and KIRC show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and UCS are the cancer types where INO80B-WBP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
