INO80

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INO80 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INO80-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPNS1, TRRAP, and NIPBL. Each is linked with INO80 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INO80-to-partner and partner-to-INO80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INO80 versus CAPNS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INO80→partner) and Y-score (partner→INO80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
