INO80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INO80 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INO80-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2K, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with INO80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INO80-to-partner and partner-to-INO80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2K grouped by INO80-low versus INO80-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INO80→partner) and Y-score (partner→INO80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
