INMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGN, SORBS3, and TNS1. Each is linked with INMT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INMT-to-partner and partner-to-INMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INMT versus OGN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→INMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
