INMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are IAPP, FCN2, and MOB1B. Each is linked with INMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INMT-to-partner and partner-to-INMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IAPP grouped by INMT-low versus INMT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→INMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
