INMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INMT mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,664 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP11, C2orf42, and TCF25. Each is linked with INMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INMT-to-partner and partner-to-INMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIP11 grouped by INMT-low versus INMT-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→INMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
