INKA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INKA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,885 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INKA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, MRPS34, and GRPEL1. Each is linked with INKA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INKA2-to-partner and partner-to-INKA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
