INKA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INKA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INKA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIII-22-2, MIR4305, and MIR3611. Each is linked with INKA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INKA1-to-partner and partner-to-INKA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INKA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INKA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
