INIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, C9orf78, and RAD23B. Each is linked with INIP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INIP-to-partner and partner-to-INIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INIP versus RABL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
