Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,942 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB26, RMI1, and SEPTIN14P12. Each is linked with INIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INIP-to-partner and partner-to-INIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INIP versus ZBTB26 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
