Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL332P, RNY1P2, and MIR6870. Each is linked with INIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INIP-to-partner and partner-to-INIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL332P grouped by INIP-low versus INIP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
