Across TCGA patient cohorts, INIP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP. Each is linked with INIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INIP-to-partner and partner-to-INIP results are reported.
