Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INHBE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, MIR633, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with INHBE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBE-to-partner and partner-to-INHBE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by INHBE-low versus INHBE-high in UCEC.
