Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,684 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INHBB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCG2, GANAB, and PCNX1. Each is linked with INHBB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBB-to-partner and partner-to-INHBB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INHBB versus ABCG2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHBB→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHBB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
