Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK2. Each is linked with INHBB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBB-to-partner and partner-to-INHBB results are reported.
