Across TCGA cell cohorts, INHBB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,665 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of follicle-stimulating hormone secretion, Positive regulation of follicle-stimulating hormone secretion, and Negative regulation of follicle-stimulating hormone secretion. Each is linked with INHBB in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBB-to-partner and partner-to-INHBB results are reported.
