ING5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,480 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-166P, RNA5SP176, and NOL12. Each is linked with ING5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING5-to-partner and partner-to-ING5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-166P grouped by ING5-low versus ING5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
