Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, PDK1_pS241, and DJ-1. Each is linked with ING4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING4-to-partner and partner-to-ING4 results are reported.
