INF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,840 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MREG, RPL22L1, and UST. Each is linked with INF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INF2-to-partner and partner-to-INF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
