Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INCENP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,112 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INCENP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, KIF14, and NUF2. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INCENP versus CENPF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCENP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCENP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
