INCENP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INCENP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INCENP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN3, RNA5SP411, and MIR615. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN3 grouped by INCENP-low versus INCENP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCENP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCENP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
