Across TCGA cell cohorts, INCENP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,263 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INCENP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Mitotic nuclear division, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.
