INCENP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INCENP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 280 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INCENP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA2, CNTLN, and OR56A4. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA2 grouped by INCENP-low versus INCENP-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCENP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCENP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
