INA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAVL3, SOX10, and NEFH. Each is linked with INA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INA-to-partner and partner-to-INA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INA versus ELAVL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
