IMPDH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPDH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,468 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPDH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCKIPSD, PTPRC, and QRICH1. Each is linked with IMPDH2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPDH2-to-partner and partner-to-IMPDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMPDH2 versus NCKIPSD in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
