IMPDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A1P4, IGFL1P2, and MIR3651. Each is linked with IMPDH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IMPDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A1P4 grouped by IMPDH1-low versus IMPDH1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
