IMPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,172 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, GLRX3P2, and LINC01072. Each is linked with IMPA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPA2-to-partner and partner-to-IMPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P41 grouped by IMPA2-low versus IMPA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
