IMPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,841 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-28, THAP12P4, and RNU1-84P. Each is linked with IMPA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPA1-to-partner and partner-to-IMPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-28 grouped by IMPA1-low versus IMPA1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
