IMP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,111 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX56, TBL3, and UTP15. Each is linked with IMP4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP4-to-partner and partner-to-IMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMP4 versus DDX56 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
