IMP3P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,297 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP3P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71F2, CICP14, and MRNIP. Each is linked with IMP3P2 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP3P2-to-partner and partner-to-IMP3P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMP3P2 versus FAM71F2 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
