Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,700 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with IMP3P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP3P2-to-partner and partner-to-IMP3P2 results are reported.
