IMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,239 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBXO22, EDC3, and SNUPN. Each is linked with IMP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP3-to-partner and partner-to-IMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMP3 versus FBXO22 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
