IMP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,481 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG4, FAM136A, and EIF2B4. Each is linked with IMP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP3-to-partner and partner-to-IMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMP3 versus SNHG4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
