ILKAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILKAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,363 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILKAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIG, CDC73, and PRDX4. Each is linked with ILKAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILKAP-to-partner and partner-to-ILKAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILKAP versus PPIG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILKAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILKAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
