Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILKAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILKAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, mTOR_pS2448, and PDCD4. Each is linked with ILKAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILKAP-to-partner and partner-to-ILKAP results are reported.
