ILF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, NXF1, and SIN3A. Each is linked with ILF3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF3-to-partner and partner-to-ILF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILF3 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
