ILDR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILDR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,942 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-6P, RN7SL817P, and WDR62. Each is linked with ILDR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILDR2-to-partner and partner-to-ILDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-6P grouped by ILDR2-low versus ILDR2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
