ILDR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILDR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ME3, ESS2, and TXN2. Each is linked with ILDR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILDR1-to-partner and partner-to-ILDR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ME3 grouped by ILDR1-low versus ILDR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
