ILDR1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILDR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FASN, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with ILDR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILDR1-to-partner and partner-to-ILDR1 results are reported.
