Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL9RP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,341 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL9RP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with IL9RP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL9RP1-to-partner and partner-to-IL9RP1 results are reported.
