IL6R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL6R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL6R-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PBP4, MIR216A, and RNU6-1022P. Each is linked with IL6R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL6R-to-partner and partner-to-IL6R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PBP4 grouped by IL6R-low versus IL6R-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL6R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL6R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
