IL6R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL6R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL6R-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with IL6R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL6R-to-partner and partner-to-IL6R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by IL6R-low versus IL6R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL6R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL6R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
