IL4R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL4R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL4R-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, p38-MAPK, and Smac. Each is linked with IL4R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL4R-to-partner and partner-to-IL4R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad4 grouped by IL4R-low versus IL4R-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
