IL4R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL4R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL4R-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM174, IL17F, and SMIM23. Each is linked with IL4R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL4R-to-partner and partner-to-IL4R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM174 grouped by IL4R-low versus IL4R-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
