IL4I1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL4I1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,592 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL4I1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYBB, DOCK10, and FERMT3. Each is linked with IL4I1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL4I1-to-partner and partner-to-IL4I1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL4I1 versus CYBB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL4I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL4I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
