IL4I1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL4I1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,356 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL4I1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1G, LILRB4, and HLA-DRA. Each is linked with IL4I1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL4I1-to-partner and partner-to-IL4I1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL4I1 versus FCER1G in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL4I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL4I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
