IL4I1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL4I1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 866 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL4I1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR196A2, RN7SL763P, and MIR549A. Each is linked with IL4I1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL4I1-to-partner and partner-to-IL4I1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR196A2 grouped by IL4I1-low versus IL4I1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL4I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL4I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
