IL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PBP2, VENTXP7, and TUBBP11. Each is linked with IL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL4-to-partner and partner-to-IL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PBP2 grouped by IL4-low versus IL4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
