IL37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL37-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RN7SL148P, and KCNAB2. Each is linked with IL37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL37-to-partner and partner-to-IL37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by IL37-low versus IL37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL37→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
